About Our Founder
Christine Mohan has extensive experience with media and technology firms in NYC, Boston and Washington DC. She spent 12 years at New York Times Digital (NYTimes.com, Boston.com, About.com) and The Wall Street Journal Digital Network (WSJ.com, Barron’s, MarketWatch, AllThingsD.com). Her firm Mohan Media Inc. worked with consumer and technology brands including Tiffany & Co., WordPress.com and Business Insider.
Most recently, Christine oversaw digital operations, marketing and sales for DeSales Media Group, the technology arm of the Diocese of Brooklyn. There she led the redesign of 10 diocesan websites and launched the Parish and Academy Networks, now at nearly 100 websites. She also managed audience development efforts and introduced cross-platform print, online, TV, email and event sponsorships.
Over the past 30 years, Christine has volunteered and led programs for Sunset Point Camp, Archdiocese of Boston; Big Brothers Big Sisters in Worcester MA; My Sister's Place battered women's shelter in Washington DC; the Saturday Success program at Boston Latin School and The New York Times Partners student mentoring program. She served on the Board of Directors for The Tablet diocesan newspaper in Brooklyn for 7 years and currently serves on the Board of Directors for St. Mel's Catholic Academy in Flushing NY.
